I Timothy 4:12
Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the belivers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
Dear Brethren,
Please allow me to invite you to our camp for a week that will change your teenagers’ life. In all my years of experience as a pastor, I have never seen the Lord move among young people as He does at youth camp. There is something about a week of separation from the world and fellowship with other young Christians that impacts young people.
The Lord has blessed with some of the most convicting, spiritual, and glorious services that I ever witnessed at past teen camps. I believe that the Lord truly desires the heart of a young person. They are the church of the future if the Lord doesn’t come. They are worth the investment of our time, energy, and money to see them encouraged to serve God.
What if someone had taken the time in years past to take me to a Christian camp? I wonder what change it could have wrought in my life. May the Lord help us to reach them for His sake. To God be the glory!
